They called for an end to the Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip and lifting of the blockade on the Palestinian enclave.

It was held on the third day of holidays marking Eid al-Adha, according to Al-Alam news network.

The participants included citizens from Arab and other Muslim countries.

One of those taking part in the gathering said the Muslim world should wake up and help to save their brothers in Gaza.

Another demonstrator hailed the Palestinian resistance groups, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad, for their struggle against the Israeli regime.

Numerous such rallies have been held in support of Gaza and Palestine in Turkey during Eid al-Adha holidays.

The Israeli regime launched a genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, 2023.

At least 37,372 Gaza people, mostly women and children, have been killed and 85,197 wounded in the Israeli onslaught.

Also, vast tracts of Gaza lay in ruins amid a crippling blockade of food, clean water, and medicine.

The UN agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) has warned that 50,000 children in Gaza require immediate treatment for acute malnutrition.
